You do not want us to open all your mail and scan it? You can choose our "Envelop Control" service so that you can select the envelopes that you want our team to open.

1. Our office receives your personal mail or your business mail every day.
2. We scan all your envelopes and make them accessible to you in your personal and secured customer space (your virtual office in France).
3. You immediately get an email notification informing you that you received new mail in France.
4. You login in your personal and secured customer space so that you can see your new envelopes.
5. You want to us to open one of the envelopes and scan the content? You only have to click on one button and our staff will process your request. You can also ask us to forward one specific envelope to any address in the world. If you need express delivery, we can do it for you with UPS, Fedex or DHL.
6. You receive an automatic email as soon as we have opened the envelopes that you have requested and scanned their content. If an envelope contains advertising, we inform you by email and request your confirmation before scanning the content.
7. By default your paper mail (the original documents) is forwarded back to any address you choose in the world at least once a month, but also weekly or daily if you so wish. We can also store your mail in our offices during several months if needed. Details about mail storage
