Mail Storage in France
You chose one of our packages: Mail by Internet, Mail Forwarding or Envelop Control?
In conformity with our Terms and Conditions, your original mail documents are forwarded back to you at least once a month, to any location worldwide.
You do not need a monthly mail forward? You need us to store your mail for several months?
If you choose our Mail Storage Service, your documents will be archived in our offices as long as you need.
Customer Story: In Venezuela, priority mail delivered by the post office very rarely makes it to the recipient. I live in Venezuela since eight months ago now, and UBIDOCA manages my postal mail in France: they receive it, open it and scan it for me. I have no urgent need to have the original documents. So I asked UBIDOCA to archive them until I travel back to France for holidays. This makes a lot of sense in my case and I can always ask them to send specific documents by UPS if I needed the originals.
As soon as you want to stop the mail storage, you only need to send an email to our customer service or contact us by telephone at +33.4.82.53.09.55. Your mail will then be forwarded to any address that you choose in the world. If any additional mail arrives for you, our staff will forward it to your latest mail forward address. This will be done monthly, weekly or daily, depending on the package you choose.
Providing storage for our customers represents a risk for our company and requires secured storage space. The charge for this service is 35 cents per day (7 € per month).
