You are notified by e-mail as soon as we receive mail for you.
To view your scanned envelopes, you must log in to your personal and secure Customer Space. If you wish to read their content, you just need to click on the button « Open ».
Your Ubidoca Customer Space
is an interactive interface: you can file your scanned mail into folders and subfolders, print them or delete them from your Customer Space (NB : in this case, they remain stored in our premises in their paper version). You can also associate keywords in the box provided for this purpose to find them easily later.

You do not want us to open and scan your bank mail ? In this case, you just have to choose the Banking Secret option.
Mail identifiable as such are neither opened nor scanned. You are simply informed by email that you have received a mail. These bank mail are then stored and forwarded as scheduled in your monthly plan with all you other mail.
If you want to be notified specifically when we receive a bank mail, you can order our Mail Identification option.
If you are waiting for a particular bank mail (eg credit card, checkbook), you can ask us to watch its receipt and forward it to you as soon as we receive it (Urgent Forwarding).

Registered mail is accepted provided that you previously mandated Ubidoca to do so. This requires a written authorization and a copy of your national ID card.
In the absence of this authorization, registered mail is returned to the sender.

Unless you give us specific instructions, all your mail, including advertisements, magazines and promotional mail is forwarded.
If a mail contains more than 15 pages, only the first one is uploaded in your Customer Space. You are then informed by an email mentioning the name of the sender and the total number of pages remaining to be scanned. Without any special request from you (complete scan or urgent forwarding), the mail is forwarded as scheduled in your monthly plan with all your other mail.
Advertisements, magazines and other promotional mail are not scanned. You are simply informed by email that you received mail items. They are forwarded as scheduled in your monthly plan with all your other mail.
If you do not wish any advertisements to be forwarded (except from magazines under subscription), you can choose our Mail filtering option. If you do so, all advertisements addressed to you are destroyed, which reduces your shipping costs.
If you receive magazines under subscription (Time, Reader's Digest, Cosmopolitan, etc.), you can ask us to forward them upon receipt, without waiting for the scheduled forwarding of all of your mail, so you can read them without delay.
If you are waiting for an important mail and wish its urgent forwarding (eg : credit card, check book, a form to fill in, etc.), you can also ask us to watch its receipt and to forward it immediatly.
